Our clinicians will have access to the following benefits: Opportunity for bonus Training and use of our paperless billing and data collection system Access to continuing education workshops and trainings Team-building meetings, events, and trainings LOCATION: Positions throughout the Five Boroughs of New York City JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: Administer evaluations in home and/or school based settings Write comprehensive evaluation reports and submit them in a timely manner Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines REQUIREMENTS: Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists! NYS Certified Special Educator: Students with Disabilities (Birth-2) or Permanent Special Education certificate Bilingual Spanish a must; Bilingual extension necessary for provision of services in our preschool program. Experience administering the DAYC-2 and HELP Experience evaluating children birth - five years old a plus EI Evaluations program requires completion of the EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism. Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train. The ability to climb and descend staircases The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods $131-$153 per evaluation
