Just look up. **Are you ready to go beyond?** **What You Will Do:** + Create & Issue PO's to vendors + Amend PO's if/when necessary + Resolve delinquent payment issues through Accounts Payable, Transcepta, and Ariba with Vendors + Maintain status reports of Purchase Requisitions in queue, Assist requisitioners to submit compliant requisitions + Ensure requisitioners address payment blocks weekly + Identify cost savings opportunities + Obtain delivery information from vendors. + Monitor Purchase order report and close out PO's as necessary. + **This position is fo** **r 1st Shift** **Mon.-Fri. 7:00am - 3:30pm** **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **What We Offer:** + Medical, dental, vision benefits. + Life, short term disability, long term disability benefits. + Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, holidays. + 401-K with company match. + Other innovative benefits including deals and discounts. + You will receive a shift differential when working on 2nd Shift of 8%. **Learn More and Apply Now!** Must be a U.S. Citizen.
