Job Purpose:

To design, build, and maintain efficient data integration workflows and BI dashboards that support analytics and reporting needs. The role requires collaboration with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and adherence to best practices on cloud platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable data integration and processing workflows using Databricks.
  • Build and fine-tune reliable data pipelines that enable analytics and reporting functions.
  • Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports leveraging Tableau.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative data solutions.
  • Ensure all data solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with architectural standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong background in designing and deploying scalable and secure data solutions on the AWS Databricks platform.
  • Expertise in Databricks Delta Lake and Lakehouse Architecture.
  • Advanced skills in developing BI reports and dashboards using Tableau.
  • Familiarity with IRS EDP Databricks and Analytical platforms is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and BI best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Programming expertise including Java 17, MongoDB 5.3.x, Spring Boot, AWS (Dynamo, MSK), Kafka, React, NodeJS, Thymeleaf, and PySpark.
