Dental Hygienist (RDH)-River Rock Riverside-$5000 Sign on bonus!

River Rock Dental is a locally owned dental office. We are looking for an energetic and compassionate hygienist to join our Riverside team. Our practice is committed to providing exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Our hygienist is responsible for educating patients.
• Performing oral healthcare and risk assessments.
• Recognizing and treating Periodontal Disease.
• Interacting with patients in a positive professional manner.
• Assisting the rest of the dental team in communicating patient care.
• Take diagnostically acceptable radiographs and intraoral photos.
• Proper techniques in sterilization.

We offer many benefits such as health/vision/dental insurance, paid time off, paid company holidays, uniform allowance, 401k, and more! $5000 Sign-on bonus offered! Bonus paid after 90 days of employment. Recipient of the sign-on bonus must agree to stay employed with River Rock Riverside for 12 months from hire date. If the recipient leaves before the 12 month period ends the $5000 will be deducted from their final check.

Qualifications:

• Experienced preferred.
• Must have RDH certification from the state of Texas.
• Use your excellent skills to perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planning.
• Knows Chart dentition-including perio charting and treatment documentation.
• Comply with practice guidelines.
• Demonstrate proper use of cavitron.
• Effectively communicate oral hygiene instructions and dispense proper oral hygiene aids.

Sign-on bonus of $5000. $2500 paid on the first check, additional $2500 after 90-day probationary period. The sign-on bonus requires a 12-month commitment, if an employee leaves prior to 12 month anniversary the full $5000 will be deducted from the final check.
