Location: Hybrid 50% (office/job-site), 50% (remote), some travel

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and organized Digital Content Manager to oversee our websites, manage our social media presence, and produce compelling video content. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and creative skills to enhance our brand’s online visibility and engagement .

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) to ensure functionality, SEO optimization, and a seamless user experience.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube) to grow engagement and brand awareness. Schedule posts, monitor analytics, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Video Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content for websites and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns, including blogs, newsletters, and multimedia content.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement) and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with our brand voice, style, and objectives.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, website management, or social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong video production skills, including filming and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and platforms.
