Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and audit activities.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to support business strategy and operational decisions.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track financial performance.
• Support cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals.
• Manage and mentor finance team members to drive high performance and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
