Job Title: Domain Solution Architect in Packet Core Delivery Are you a skilled and experienced technical leader with a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions? In this role, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of our Packet Core projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You will manage all technical aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to quality, risk, and time constraints outlined in the customer contract. Your responsibilities will span from delivery approach preparation through deployment, customer acceptance, and ongoing care. As the primary technical interface and first point of escalation for the customer project, you will be a key player in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Responsible for Packet Core domain project delivery schedule creation. Support the Project Manager in creating project schedules and resource management plans. Initiate, create, and deliver project technical documents according to customer and internal procedures. Consult with project stakeholders on all technical questions related to CPC, managing project technical risks. Manage the Packet Core project technical team daily, including task assignment and monitoring execution. Coordinate engineers' work according to customer demands and expectations. Ensure closure and follow-up of all tickets raised via Salesforce/4LS/R&D. Consolidate, prioritize, and escalate tickets, and coordinate communication with customers and stakeholders related to technical delivery. Report weekly project updates to management, facilitate project handover, and contribute to improving Delivery Quality KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in Packet Core Projects. Knowledge of Packet Core Equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF. Experience with Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD. Ability to understand Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, and Methods of Procedure. Preferred Skills Linux knowledge. Basic project management skills.
