Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for cultivating positive workplace environments and supporting organizational goals? Our client, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join their team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of HR functions across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and promoting an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on workplace challenges and resolving conflicts effectively and professionally.
+ Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
+ Support performance management efforts, including organizing evaluations and coaching managers on best practices.
+ Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee development and engagement.
+ Assist with the design and implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and compensation strategies.
+ Partner with leadership to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that support a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
+ Collaborate on special projects such as workforce planning, HR analytics, and process improvements.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
+ Expertise in HR software and platforms such as HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar systems).
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or HRIP are a plus.
