Responsibilities: • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: • Customer service or sales experience a plus • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Previous legal experience a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred About Company: Ready to Join Us?
