Responsibilities: Support the development of category strategies and annual plans for high-value/high-complexity/high-risk categories, such as Business/Professional Services – Contingent Labor. Negotiate contractual terms, statements of work, pricing, service levels, and agreements for assigned categories. Research and consolidate procurement activities across KPMG and member firms, identifying opportunities and risks. Support stakeholder demand planning and reporting, fostering stakeholder engagement. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Global Procurement. Maintain expertise on industry, market, and supplier trends. Qualifications: At least five years of recent procurement experience, including three years in strategic sourcing within contingent labor or professional services. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. Strong sourcing and procurement knowledge and principles. Commercial and contractual acumen for drafting and negotiating contracts.
