We are currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Business Tax Services organization. Responsibilities: Develop and lead our Information Reporting and Withholding (IRW) practice. Manage client engagements involving compliance with information reporting requirements, including FATCA considerations. Assist clients in preparing for IRS audits and applying IRS regulations effectively. Build, manage, and monitor multiple client teams, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction. Contribute to market and business development activities, collaborating with other KPMG practices to pursue new opportunities. Enhance the growth and expertise of the Information Reporting and Withholding tax practice team. Qualifications: At least ten years of recent experience in a public accounting or corporate tax environment, focusing on withholding, information reporting, and FATCA. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and relevant professional licenses or certifications (CPA, JD/LLM, Masters of Tax, MBA, PMP, CBAP, or Enrolled Agent). Proven success in business development and maintaining client relationships. Experience leading multiple teams and mentoring staff in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
