- Contract Duration: 12-months + potential to extend
- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
What you’ll do as a Market Development Specialist: - Lead and execute dealer network compliance audits and reporting processes with precision and attention to detail
- Manage dealer terminations and relocations from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met and state legal requirements are followed
- Proactively track and follow up on all open termination and relocation tasks to ensure progress and timely resolution
- Maintain regular communication with dealerships, providing updates and guidance on compliance status
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to draft and manage legal correspondence
- Enforce the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy across a dealer network of 1300+ locations
- Coordinate the annual distribution and return tracking of dealer agreements
- Manage email inboxes related to dealer inquiries and channel development activities
- Maintain and organize electronic records and workflow processes
- Provide support with dealer activations, legal documentation, data entry, and signage order processes
What you’ll bring to the Market Development Specialist role: - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, operations, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and a highly process-oriented mindset with close attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to identify needs and take action without direction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate sensitive or contentious situations confidently
- High energy, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong reading comprehension and comfort with legal terminology
