Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
A bit about us: From fuel regulators and check, valves to support the newest evolution of start/stop ICE engines to plastic and alternate material AC valves to control the cooling systems necessary not only to cool a passenger compartment safely but maintain a safe temperature for battery systems that need to operate within an ideal range for maximum performance and safety.

Job Details Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer mature products as assigned.
- Participate in new product development programs.
- Manage new products to AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) goals and disciplines (e.g., APQP, FMEAs).
- Develop new product designs and drafting to meet growth objectives.
- Conduct and coordinate product reliability testing to meet industry standards.
- Evaluate new products and components to ensure design requirements are met.
- Assist in establishing material specifications and requirements.
- Assist in marketing and quality control with customer contact.
- Work with customers to initiate new products.
- Provide design and development support.
Required Skills and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or system development.
- Proficiency in 3D SolidWorks and 2D drafting.
- Experience in design, development, validation testing, and production launch of new innovative products.
- Ability to design and develop test stands and fixtures.
- Strong technical writing skills for specifications and reports.
- Understanding of quality systems and statistics.
- Experience in valve design is desirable.
