Description Position Title: Order Entry - Night Shift (Graveyard) Location: Inglewood, CA Schedule: Sunday through Friday nights, starting at 8:00 PM (may adjust to 6:00 or 7:00 PM), ending around 3:00 AM Position Overview: The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting customer orders into our system during the overnight shift. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order processing and next-day fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: + Enter customer orders into internal systems with speed and accuracy + Communicate with team members to verify order details + Resolve discrepancies in orders or missing information + Ensure timely and accurate data entry during the shift + Assist with any clerical or administrative tasks as needed during the night Requirements Qualifications: + Previous data entry or order entry experience preferred + Must be comfortable working overnight/graveyard shift + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Reliable and punctual with good time management + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Schedule: + Start: 8:00 PM (initially; may move to 6:00 or 7:00 PM depending on needs) + End: Approximately 3:00 AM + Days: Sunday through Friday nights (Saturday night off) TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
