Our dockside restaurant offers innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an open-air kitchen with views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. In addition to great food, we have giant outdoor games and live music that help create a fun, playful atmosphere.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PREP COOK
In this entry-level food service position, you work in our kitchen, helping to prepare the ingredients we need. According to our projected sales, you wash, chop, saute, and store ingredients. As you complete each task, you closely follow our standards for quality. Additionally, you make sure to store everything properly according to food safety guidelines and first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles. When orders come in, you make food, following our recipes to the letter. You ensure that your workspace is clean throughout the day. You love making delicious meals and find satisfaction in improving your skills in the kitchen!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PREP COOK
Positive attitude
Food handler's permit or the ability to acquire one
Restaurant experience would be a plus. Are you a good team player? Can you manage a variety of tasks effectively? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Are you attentive to detail?
