As a Public Relations Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting local marketing events, executing PR campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of local events and community engagement initiatives that drive brand awareness.
• Support outreach activities, including sponsorships , partnerships , and public activations to connect with key audiences.
• Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform PR strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Handle event logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, venue coordination, and on-site setup.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, preparing materials, and tracking project timelines.
• Collaborate with the PR team to produce event content , press materials , and post-event reports .

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations , Marketing , Communications , or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow in the PR and event marketing industry.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, community partners, and event participants.
