As the first point of contact for clients, our receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring each person feels welcomed, heard, and cared for. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be the warm and reliable face of the firm, greeting clients and vendors, managing incoming communications, and keeping our front office operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who excels at making others feel welcomed and valued. The role requires someone with an outstanding work ethic, a history of punctuality and dependability, and a desire to support a great team. Position is in office, full time, M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM $35,000 - $40,000, DOE. Paid vacations, holidays, and birthdays, 401(k) with company match, and health insurance are available. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

Qualifications:

• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills. You are the face of the company.
• The ability to listen with empathy and sincerity.
• You are a natural at putting people at ease and making them feel appreciated and welcome.
• You have great attention to detail.
• You have the unique ability to deal with multiple interruptions during the day.
