Milea GMC Subaru is busier than ever and seeking to add outgoing and friendly BDC Representative/Receptionist to join our team, answering customer inquiries, scheduling sales and service appointments, handling inbound calls, greeting walk-in customers, and managing administrative tasks at the front desk. Responsibilities - BDC Representative/Receptionist:

  • Answer inbound customer calls about vehicle availability, pricing, and service appointments
  • Schedule sales and service appointments to connect customers with our dealership team
  • Create excitement about our vehicles and provide top-tier customer service
  • Manage CRM system to track customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle administrative and receptionist duties, including directing calls, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming front desk experience

 

Qualifications - BDC Representative/Receptionist:

  • Automotive BDC or Sales experience is a plus!
  • Customer service, receptionist, and telephone/call center experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
