**About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in our InsurTech team to shape and deliver the technical roadmap of our next-generation insurance products, impacting millions of users every day. In this role, you'll partner closely with teams across Product, Data Science, Actuarial, and Legal to create innovative solutions that meet Uber's diverse insurance needs. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$223,000 per year - USD$248,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$223,000 per year - USD$248,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
