Job Summary:

Marketsheer Company is seeking reliable, vigilant, and professional Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors during evening and night hours. As a key part of our security team, you will help maintain a safe environment and respond effectively to any potential security issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence

Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity

Control access to buildings and ensure all entry points are secure

Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

Write detailed incident reports and daily activity logs

Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when needed

Provide excellent customer service while enforcing company security policies

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position preferred

Valid security license/certification (as required by local/state law)

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods

Willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
