Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the configured system. Ensure that the solution aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Demand Planning. User Training: Train end-users on effectively using the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning applications. Create user documentation and guides. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the system's smooth operation. Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. Stay Current: Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and best practices related to Oracle Fusion Demand Planning. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (such as Oracle certifications) are a plus. Experience: Prior experience as an Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Functional Consultant or similar ERP implementation roles. Experience with other Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud applications is beneficial. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Demand Planning modules, including configuration, customization, and integration. Knowledge of Oracle tools like Oracle Application Composer and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
